Dear Alice, Kyle and Jessica, I am so sorry for your loss. Bill was a tremendous man who lived a lovely, full life. It was beautiful to hear the many stories of his kindness, strength of character and generosity of spirit felt by all who knew and loved him. Billy will be missed by so many. Sending you all love, strength and a hug from California.
I’m deeply saddened that we have lost one of the finest person I ever knew. I served with Bill in the Coast Guard. I attended Bills graduation Delaware State when he started his career Das a Parole officer. Bill you will never be forgotten.
