Cousin Billy has always been one of my favorites. I always tried to see him when visiting DE. I remember when he wrote and performed a song for Dad’s 75th birthday party, his Uncle Duck. His lyrics were accurate, funny and loving; Mom, Dad and all the party guests enjoyed it immensely. Billy was always smiling and enjoyable to be around.
