Many years ago Bill and I were stringing CRW along a private land near Rt 30n and Shankwiler Rd. It was cold, windy and we were enjoying a freezing rain. Had to string it through trees and had so much fun. My fingers are still cold after that one. I think of Bill from time to time. Last time I saw him was at the gas station on Rt 329 at the bridge. We had a nice little chat before we went our merry ways.
