I worked closely with Bill at Pillsbury R&D in Minneapolis. Bill was the Director of Refrigerated Dough R&D and I was the Director of Frozen Foods R&D. Bill built a very strong team and when he left to go to M&M Mars in NJ...I gained the additional responsibility for Refrigerated Dough.

Bill was always very supportive and welcoming to me when we first moved to Minneapolis. We both got our PhDs in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin and always had many common memories to share.

68 years of marriage speaks volumes about his dedication to family. If you ever met Bill Beyer, you had to like him. He was very genuine.
