Donna and family, We are really sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Verna (Mom),Nancie and Uncle Grey send their prayers too.
Wayne taught me in his calm manner that it was possible for DelDOT Finance and DelDOT HR to have professional respect for each other. He was my colleague and my friend and we will all miss him so very much. My heart goes out to Donna and Kelly.
Wayne was a great day from the very first day I met him @ DelDOT. His passing was unfortunately too soon. I'll miss him tremendously.
