Wayne was a great day from the very first day I met him @ DelDOT. His passing was unfortunately too soon. I'll miss him tremendously.

Wayne taught me in his calm manner that it was possible for DelDOT Finance and DelDOT HR to have professional respect for each other. He was my colleague and my friend and we will all miss him so very much. My heart goes out to Donna and Kelly.
