What a wonderful man! He was my 3rd cousin and I didn't meet him until after I retired and started to write a family genealogy book. He shared stores, pictures, jokes and family stories and gave me so much help to get facts and things to share in our family genealogy book. He and his sister Judy stopped in and stayed overnight with us, one time when they were on their way to Hallock. It was such fun! He and I were instantly friends and took off talking just where we left off, just as old friends do. I feel like a piece of me is gone and will miss him until we meet again in Heaven. Our deepest and sincere sympathy to Alice and his entire family and please let us know if there is anything we can do to help. Our arms are wrapped around each of you with a big Hug.

Hello,

I am so sorry for your loss. When Tom and Alice lived in Iron's Landing, Tom and I would walk the beach saving horseshoe crabs. He was worried they would die when it was so hot and they were flipped over. He was a kind, gentle man. I miss all the emails he would send, many funny and often political. My sincere condolences to Alice and family.

I am happy he is home now.

I was saddened to hear of Tom's passing. I worked with Tom at ConMed for many years until he left the company. Tom always had a smile on his face and was always willing to help in some way and just plain make your day! He was a great man and will be missed. We corresponded a bit by e-mail shortly after he left and wished I had done so more. I am so glad to hear that he was a Believer and that we will again see him in Heaven some day. We attend Marcy Assembly of God. I want to send my condolences to Alice and the entire family. May God give you strength and peace through the following days, weeks & months. Teresa Merritt

We will miss you Tom, here on earth. We can no longer see those warm eyes that light up every time you smile or feel that confident handshake on Sundays but you have graced our lives and made a difference. Jim and I send our sympathy to Alice and family for your loss of Tom in your lives here. We know he will be missed, he did seem to make life more fun.
