Words cannot express how our hearts are breaking for Mary , Chris ,JP and family. We were blessed to get to know Tom thru the years. We were always impressed by his deep love and devotion to Mary . Our times together were always full of laughs even during the difficult times. Tom will be waiting at Heavens Gate for those he loved. Tom left his footprints on our hearts.

We have been blessed to live across the street from Mary and Tom in Senators since 2015. Over the years, we had so many wonderful conversations and laughs, as well as always being there for each other. Tom will be so missed by all of us but greeted by Layla with such joy. Mary and the family are in our thoughts and prayers.
I have so many great memories of my wonderful brother-ln-law Tom. Growing up Tom & Mary took me on so many day trips all over Long Island, Montauk Point, The Vanderbilt museum, Amusement parks etc. Not many dating couples and then newlyweds would take Mary’s young sister every summer after our Dad passed in 1970, but they did!! He was a brother, father figure, a friend. He was always there for you if you needed sound advice, a hug or even a few bucks when you were struggling! I loved him always and will forever. Tom and I were friends for over 30 years and worked together at several banking institutions. Tom had a natural wit laced with sarcasm
He loved his golf, scotch and steak as I do. We never ever had any disagreements and worked well together
I attended his sons weddings and knew Mary well. I am heartbroken for her and his sons, theirs wife's and grandchildren
Tom served in the military and we often used references how to attack our clients
I can't believe you left us so soon. I will miss you terribly. Carry on soldier until we meet again.
There are no words to express my condolences to the Furst family for your loss. Tom, my man, aka 'Major Tom' was a co-worker, dear friend, golfing partner, part time older brother, and confidant. I will miss our time together on the course, conversations on life, and all your assistance over the years. Such a sad day. What a great man he was. You will be sorely missed bro.
