Ruth E. Foster, 83, of Rehoboth Beach, DE passed away peacefully on Friday, December 2, 2011, at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born December 23, 1927 in Laurel, DE, daughter of the late Raymond and Myrt Read Obituary
So sorry could not be there. Ruth has been such a blessing to the Midway Church and a sweet lady.
