I am so sorry for your loss. I just found out thru the Penn Stater magazine. I worked with Ron at Public Works for 14 years, retiring to Milford Delaware in 2007. He was a thoughtful, fair and honest leader and I was pleased to read that he had been appointed to Director of Public Works.
A classmate and friend. The years and miles have seperated us, but I hold dear the memories I have of Ron. We had virtually every class together.

What a wonderful guy. Our families were joined through friendship of our Fathers and continued for many years. When reading of Ron’s accomplishments, I can fully understand that the contributions he made to his community were a direct result of the principles instilled in him by his Parents and his Church.
