When we moved to Greenbank Estates, I was working on putting in a mailbox & Rich walked over and introduced himself. He noticed me struggling to dig a hole so he walked over with a hole digger in his hand and helped me install the mailbox. I'd still be there putting in that mailbox if it wasn't for Rich, but that was Rich in a nutshell, the first to help out and lend a hand to all his neighbors. I will forever be grateful to Rich for helping me out with many projects as I'm sure the rest of the neighborhood are as well. There's a special place in Heaven for such a kind and gentle man. RIP Rich, we'll miss you everyday. Regards, Joe & Joanne Peltz.
