Paul and I worked together at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources from 1982-1990. He was a good friend and trusted co-worker who always had my back. He was a great listener and supportive mentor, offering words of advice and encouragement throughout the years. We used to joke about writing our memoirs some day, of the insane, arcane and inane experiences in our years at MD DNR. We'd laugh about all the money we'd make when we sold the movie righs. 🙃
