Richard,
I was reminiscing with my wife today about my early years in Wilmington and came across the notice of your mother's passing...such a coincidence. We lived a few doors down in Fairfax, and you and I played together as children. I remember your mother well and can't believe I called her "Norma" at the age of 5. She was such an elegant and gracious lady, so pretty, and most of all so very kind. I knew that I could knock on your parents' door at any time, and they would welcome me. We live in a different world now, but I am grateful to have had people like your mother in my life.
Regards,
David McIntosh
