What to say about this? I'm devastated! I went to OLSS in Staten Island with Mike. Our paths crossed later in life at DeVry University. Mike was a guy who would teach you how to learn, love, and live. He was a truly great person, and I wish we could have been closer.
So many thoughts, and memories. No words to describe it, and too long to go into here.
Mike, you'll always be in my heart. I know you're in a better place now.
Of course, I offer my condolences to your family, but I hope everyone remembers how truly great this man is. Mike will never disappear in my mind. If anyone didn't learn about themselves from meeting him, then you missed something. We are all better from being with him.

I had the pleasure of knowing Michael from the day he was born. Through all the ups & downs of childhood & growing into a fine gentleman. I've always been proud to be one of Michael's "aunts".
