Marge took care of me when I was little. I have many fond memories. I remember Marge setting my hair every night with sponge rollers and Dippity Do.
I remember the darling out fits she would dress me in.
Marge loved the holidays, she would decorate the house and tree perfectly.
I recall helping her make bows, she would have me place my finger in the middle of the bow while she tied it perfectly.
Marge would take me to ceramics, she was very artistic and crafty.
Marge liked to go the matinee she would take me with her, I recall her taking me to see Love Story. Marge bawled her eyes out, I still remember her pulling the tissues out of her purse and crying.
I remember the big Easter basket she would make for me filled with candy and dolls.
Marge loved the Poconos.
We would go to the lake and play games and swim.
I recall her listening to her 45 records, Bobby Vinton and Patsy Kline sipping her Tab soda.
I lost contact with Marge for a long time after my brother and her broke up.
We reconnected a few years ago on Face book.
We were both so excited to connect again.
I had hoped to see her again but her illness took her down swiftly.
So many things I learned from Marge and am very grateful for her being part of my life.
Thank you Marge!
May you Rest In Peace..and thanks for all the memories..
