Louise was our neighbor for over 17 years. She greeted us after we moved to Rehoboth Beach with gifts and a card with her reach information. That was the beginning of a great friendship. Louise was a loyal friend and always ready for an adventure. We enjoyed shopping trips to Wilmington, watching horseshoe crabs at the secret beach and the best fried chicken at Royal Farms. She was a generous friend , baking cookies for my grandchildren, and had a successful career at NSA, She was a modest woman who rarely spoke about the honors and awards granted for her excellent service with NSA
Always a smile when she greeted someone. Sharing time at Kings Creek, over cookies and football was a pleasure. She is already missed and notably absent. Thank you Louise.

Louise was instrumental in introducing me to a wonderful group of bridge ladies & a friendship of caring ‘ sharing ensued. Her determination & courage to maintain her independence was noteworthy! Nadine Noble
Condolences to family and friends who had the good fortune to know and love this “grand dame”. The world has lost a bright light to be sure. My dog Doozy who loved his role as her “paper dog” still stops daily to see “Aunt Louise” and perhaps get a treat. We miss her and pray that rich memories of her life and time spent enjoying moments along the way will bring joy to all in time. Miss you Aunt Louise. So Fondly Donna and Doozy
