I wish that I was able to find the words to express my heartache for the loss of Kathy. I can't imagine what her family is going through. I am trying to "believe" and understand that Kathy is not suffering now, however, a piece of my heart has been taken. I am reflecting on all the incredible things that Kathy has done for our Community. She organized the Ladies' breakfasts, bus rides, tours, social events, hosted card games welcomed us into her home ALWAYS and most of all, birthday celebrations! I could go on and on. I will never forget how she helped me when I had a special surprise party for Sal years ago. She came shopping with me for decorations, favors, and when that day came, she called the "men" and her friends who took care of getting the ice, drinks, setting up the chairs, tables, etc. I never could have had such a great celebration without Kathy and Ray's help. Kathy, you will always be in my heart, and I loved you like a "sister" that I never had. May you Rest In Peace, and I hope you know that you are a "FRIEND" who comes only once in a Lifetime. God Bless you. Love and Prayers,
Michele & Sal
