I'm devastated to learn of Joey's passing. I had the honor of supervising Joey at Malcolm Grow Medical Center at Andrews Air Force Base. Over the years I've searched for him to reconnect. Joey was a lively and free spirit, you could not get him to stop dancing! In fact, in time, he taught me that, no matter what, you just keep dancing. Joe was an employee here where I work at Ft. Detrick. From the day he started he was always smiling and greeting me when he came in. I remember when he first moved to Frederick he and another co-worker did a 5k run and he came back so excited about the various things he was involved in since moving here. I truly enjoyed our chats once in a while and his smile was infectious. I will truly miss him and send thought and prayers to his family. Gloria
