We were not close to Larry. Only in passing on the Boardwalk. We exchanged pleasantry's and he did us a favor when cleaning out his house one time. he was always a gentleman with a great attitude. He is missed. Events prevent us from attending his services. Blessings and best wishes,
Comfort.& peace

Your Dad, (Larry) was a neighbor. Friend and I spent most of my morning's with him over the years. I was also friends with your mom, before she passed, and I am sure he is now with her again, and really glad to see her

Tony and Missy: I still can't believe Uncle Larry is gone. He was always such a joy to be around and we all marveled at how he would attend the Family events and then drive back to Delaware. We invited him many times to stay with me or Mom but he didn't want to inconvenience anyone with his sleep habits. My last fondest memory of Uncle Larry was visiting him while we were vacationing at Bayside 2 years ago. Jean and I had never seen his house and it made us feel so good to see how happy he was there, how much of the house still had Aunt Anne's touches everywhere and his "search" to find Jeanie a yellow watermelon that was supposed to be super sweet! We went to lunch, searched for the watermelon, stopped at Food Lion to get ice cream for the apple pie he had gotten us for dessert and went back to the house and reminisced about old times. Jean makes wonderful spaghetti and we had packaged up the leftovers and taken them to him, where we helped him separate portions for his dinner. He was like a little kid looking forward to his upcoming dinners. He was one of the classiest men I ever knew, such a spiffy dresser, so generous with the Family, and a quiet man who seemed to know what people needed when they needed it and quietly, behind the scenes, gave his support. Mom and he were very close and talked quite frequently and she always told me what a wonderful brother she had. I know all the siblings felt that way. He was loved very much and he will be missed just as much. He would be so proud of how you are handling things, and I am sure he is smiling that big, beautiful smile down on you every day, and will be doing that forever! In Deepest Sympathy and Love, Cousin Colleen
When I walk toward the boardwalk for my a.m. walk I will always think of your Dad. Talking with Larry and the guys was a great way to start the day. Your Dad was a very well liked and respected friend.
Larry was a friendly, caring and gentle spirit who has found peace with Anne
in the house of our Lord.

My heart broke down after hearing the shocking news of your fathers passing. I know this is very hard time for your family. Sending you my sympathy for a little comfort.

My condolences go out to the Woods family and his friends. I would only get to see Larry a couple times a year while vacationing at Bethany Beach and going up to the boardwalk and visiting the 959 gang. He AWAYS asked about my family and had KIND words for everyone . Every year I brought Larry a new hat for him to wear . When watching the web cam on a daily basis, he always was wearing them. He will truly be missed by his family and friends and myself this summer when I go up to the boardwalk to visit with the 959 gang. Dennis Brown [ Cecil, Pa. near Pittsburgh, Pa.]
