I'm deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Jay. I don't think I can ever remember seeing Jay where he didn't have that big warm Jay Egan smile. He was truly a special person and will be missed.

My family has many fond and fun memories of Jay from his high school days, as well as the entire Egan family--espcially Kathleen and Michael. We love you all and send out our deepest sympathy for your loss.
I grew up in the old neigborhood with Jay and the Egan clan and went to school with Jay as well. I have many fond memories of Jay from days gone by in Sch'dy at school,Central Park ice skating and sleigh riding and just so many to recall at the moment. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family during this most difficult time .
I met Jay ice skating in Central Park in Schenectady, when we were barely teenagers. He was a great guy with a contagious smile and a wonderful sense of humor. I have many fond memories of Jay. My deepest sympathy to his family.
