Dear Aunt Carol and Cousins Ginny, Carolyn, Jack and James - Sending you condolences at this difficult time. Uncle Jack had such a twinkle in his eye and always a wonderful smile that was heartwarming and contagious. Uncle Jack was a loyal family man and an exemplary attorney. I watched him in action at the courthouse and was so proud. Everyone respected him. His loving ways live on in his children and grandchildren. Sending you prayers, and may your warmest memories bring you peace.
Dear Mrs. Hyde & Family,
Please accept my most sincere condolences at the passing of a very fine man whom I always knew and respected - and who insisted from the very first that I always address him as - "Jack". Jack was on the Board of Commissioners when I was hired as Police Chief in Rehoboth Beach in June '91, and throughout my time there he treated me nothing but fairly and respectfully. I always appreciated his support as well as his candor when he would identify a deficiency in the police department or the city's need for certain police services. I will miss him.
Sincerely,
Creig W. Doyle
Chief of University Police

Ginny, Jack and family,
I'm sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Hyde. May memories comfort you during this sad time. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Ginny, James, Carol and family:
With hopes that your memories bring you comfort in this time of grief. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
To my amazing friend, Ginny and her family, I send prayers to all of you. May the peace of God be with you now and always as you remember your dad, husband, uncle, brother.
Jack will be missed. I had the honor of learning the ropes of being a trial attorney in Family Court as a young Deputy Attorney General paired Mr. Hyde as the Public Defender. He was the model of professionalism at all times. I will always recall Mr. Hyde as a gentleman above everything else. He practiced law grounded in common sense and fatherly wisdom. He was practical in his resolution of matters and I quickly learned that his view of the big picture of cases was more of an asset to me than just a general advisarial posturing. I guess thats a long winded way of saying I really respected Jack. My sympathies and best wishes to the family. You should be extremely proud of the positive legacy Jack left in all the peoples lives he touched in the legal community.
Dear Aunt Carol, Ginny, Carolyn, Jack & James,
I want to send you my love and deepest condolences. Uncle Jack is an integral part of my memories of Rehoboth--and quite happy ones they are. Aunt Carol--you and Uncle Jack raised a family to be peoud of (you already know that!) and they'll be there to help you through this. One day you'll see him again and until then I'm pretty sure he'll be watching over all of you. Love you--MaggieK
