One of my favorite memories I have (and I have alot) was when we were in “The Elephant Man” and we were changing costumes at the old synagogue and then walked across the parking lot to Newtowne Theatre. I had put my dress on backwards and my bustle was on backwards ( in the front). When Jack realized this he laughed hysterically and for weeks every time he looked at me he laughed and reminded me again what I had done. There were so many fun times like those that I will cherish forever. Please tell Roberta hello from me. Love you my friend

Jack was my pillar of strength and very faithful friend. He had the ability to bring a smile to my face and make me laugh, and then there were those times when our words were strong yet meaningful, always forcing us to get closer and deepen our respect for each other. I will never forget the fun times we spent together, the beach, the theater, the cruises or just watching TV, those times will always be in my mind, heart and sole. Your love for life and especially your family were always evident. Rest in friend my dear friend, you will never be forgotten. Joe

I learned of Dr. Lynch's passing from my French teacher Rusty Mumford earlier today. I gave the news to my father, Alison Milbourne, at that time. Though he suffers from Alzheimer's disease (advanced, I'm sorry to say) he still remembered his former superintendent and "boss" and expressed his regrets in his way. Let me take this opportunity to express condolences from both of us to his family and friends.

Jack was my boss as SCPS superintendent long before he was my friend. Once I got involved with Players, we (and our families) became close friends. I’m at a loss to say how much I will miss him. A great loss to anyone who knew him!
