My heartfelt condolences, thoughts and prayers to the family of John. Some of my fond memories of him were our CYO basketball adventures while traveling to and feom games. We both played for Annunciation BVM team in 1960 and 1961. Haven't seen John since the death of his first wife Peggy (Kelley) Fisher but I have thought of him often. May God bless him and all his family.

John was my son's Father-in-Law. I remember the first time he ever spoke to me about John, it was to tell me how much he liked and admired the man. And after meeting John, I could see why. My heart has been so sad since I heard your father and my godfather passed this week. I am also extremely sad I cannot be there today to celebrate his life With you today. He was such a wonderful man and such a proud dad. Whenever I saw him he was always so happy and full of life. He was always gushing about his family - especially his grandchildren! He always went out of his way to make me feel special as his goddaughter. I will always cherish many wonderful memories with the most special one being my wedding day when he came to find me so we could share a dance. I will never forget it and I will never forget him! My heart is with all of you today.

Remembering John Fisher
“A Celebration of Life”
John (Dad) never wanted a viewing or a funeral. He instead wanted a party, a celebration, an upbeat occasion. We want to honor his request. In lieu of a traditional funeral or viewing, our family will be hosting a celebratory send off. A picture memorial will be on display along with tribute cards. We encourage everyone to stop by share a memory, give a toast, or just say good bye.
