"Punky" (Milloy) Pope, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2015 at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE. He was born in Washington, D.C. and along with his brother, Lawrence Pope, was raised in Washington D.C., sons of the late James Raymond and Gertrude (Mulcare) Pope.

He worked in the retail sector before spending 25 plus years working for the USA Government, (GSA). When retired, Jim and his beloved wife, Punky, moved from Rockville, Maryland to Bethany Beach, DE.
"Big Jim" lived a full and rewarding life and when he entered the room his "presence" was felt by all. Jim, "Big Red", husband, brother, father, and friend, will be missed by all.
To all that knew Jim or know his family, our message is: "make the time to tell your loved ones that you love them and hold on to the special moments that life presents".
Jim and Punky had seven children: Jimmy, Joe, Tommy, Sharon, Steve, Donny, and Winnie; nine grandchildren: Jay, Julianne, PJ, Jamie, Sara, Bryon, Andy, Jill and Kate; and two great-grandchildren, James and Brock.
In the early summer of 2015, to celebrate the life of Jim and his beloved wife, Punky, the family of Jim will have a special gathering.
