I am so sorry to have just learned of Bill's passing. I was fortunate to have started my career in the golf business with Bill as a key role model over 20 years ago. He had a profound effect on, not only mine, but many other golf professionals during his esteemed career.
Bill was true and generous man. He always welcome me with a smile. I am so glad I got to know him!

I was stunned to hear about Bill. I was a team mate of his at NCSU and friend for years. Many rounds at McGregor Downs with him.He was the most sound person on the team as well as a great player. Always a gentlemen. I will miss hammer. The best to all of you. may God bless you all.

Beth and family losing a family member is one of the hardest things in life to deal with. I have found comfort with talking to God when I have troubles even when it is so hard to understand how a loved one can be taken from us. The good thing is Mr. Hamilton is in a better place than us and one day you will be reunited with your loved one, until then I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers.
