Iva Booth was one of the most genuine and genuinely nice people I think I'll ever know! I lived in the green house next door on North Bedford Street from June 1954 to 1965. Age-wise, I squeezed in between Al and Connie on the slightly older side and Spencer and George on the younger. I spent a lot of time with the Booth kids and a lot of time in their welcoming home. I am so grateful for the memories I have of an enriched childhood in which Iva Booth - as a mom (one door) away from mom - played a key part. She was a most loving and lovely lady, and I loved the role model of husband/wife and parents she and Fritz provided. It was always a joy seeing her in later years, especially for events like my father's 90th birthday. I will never forget Mrs. Booth! My heartfelt condolences go out to Connie, Spencer, George, Jim, and Joe and their spouses and all the grand and great grand children. May you all treasure memories of such a wonderful lady. God bless. - Grier White
