Hugh Foster McDaniel, age 77 of Lewes, DE, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at his home. He was born on May 28, 1944, in High Shoals, NC, son of the late John P. and Mary P. McDaniel.
A proud veteran, Mr. McDaniel honorably served in the United States Marine Corps. He built a career with the Hercules Corporation, retiring after 35 dedicated years. Mr. McDaniel enjoyed being outdoors and took advantage of all that coastal living had to offer, particularly fishing and boating. He was an avid golfer and skilled target shooter, as well.
