Lynn Macintire
I met Lenna when I was young. I was very sorry to see that she had died before I was able to get in touch with her again. We are cousins and I would have liked to become friends with her again.

I was very touched to read about Miss MacIntire. I was her 3rd grade student in 1963/64. Moving from Los Angeles to Towson, I was 7 (almost 8) and didn't know cursive writing. I couldn't read the blackboard. She taught me how to "write" and was very patient with me. Cromwell Valley School was "brand new" so it had to have been her first year there, as well as her first year teaching. I never knew that. The Lord bless your family in this time of loss. We know she is with Him now. Love, Jo-Anne Racey
My thoughts and prayer are with you.
Lenna was a dear high school friend and we lost touch after graduation until 2 years ago. We have talked on the phone alot since then and I looked forward to her phone calls. Her love for her family came through everytime we talked. I hope you can also find a loveable home for Muffin. Lenna loved her very much. We traded pet stories all the time. I will miss her.
I first met Lenna when she came to Silver Fox Hair Salon and I started styling her hair so many years ago. She was not only a wonderful client but a good friend as well. She made friends with so many people in the years she was at our Salon and is still fondly remembered by many of them. Lenna is in my thoughts and prayers at this time.
A sympathy card has been sent to the family of Helena C. Macintire.
I got to know Helena through the doctor's office where I used to work. She was such a nice lady and it was always a pleasure to see her. She and I had many wonderful conversations about our dogs. I am so sorry to hear about her passing and my prayers and thoughts go out to the family at this very sad and difficult time.
We came to know Lenna through Calla's Aunt Betty Jean, who was Lenna's best friend. We especially remember having Lenna at our home for all of the holidays and birthdays that we celebrated together. She came to our church for special events and we witnessed her heart for God. Calla fondly remembers a wonderful trip to Florida with her children, Lenna and B.J. Lenna truly showed us much love and interest in our lives. We miss you already, Dear Friend! See you in our heavenly reward!
