I just recently found out about my cousin Grace’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with Tom and the rest of her family. She was a beautiful person and I have fond memories of times spent with her and her family in Staten Island at her parent’s home. Rest in Peace, Grace!
We are remembering Grace tonight with fondness and love. Tom, you and Grace provided love, caring, and friendship to us when our own family was so far away. How we loved garden tours, breaking bread, and enjoying your creative arts. Our children were blessed to know you both. Grace was such a loving, caring, person. She had much to teach and even more to give to all around her. We admired her for her strength and feisty nature, and for her resourcefulness and generosity. We send our love and prayers to you and to your family.
My deepest sympathy to you Tom and your whole family in the loss of your beloved Grace. Grace took me under her wing shortly after I moved there. She was so loving and patient as she taught me the basics of basket weaving. There wasn't anything she couldn't do, Her gardens were beautiful and she was always blessing those darn deer! Some of those concoctions she came up with really worked but not so easy on the nose! She was such an inspiration and I am so very glad our paths crossed. God bless all of you with peace and comfort. Today, as St. Edmond Catholic Church Eucharistic ministers to the residents of Brandywine Senior Living, we were sad not to once again encounter Tom holding Grace's hand, as we had seen on countless visits to the Reflections lounge. But now that we understand why Grace and Tom were not there, we rejoice in the sure knowledge that she is in the loving embrace of our infinitely merciful Lord and His Blessed Mother. Our prayers and condolences go out to Tom and the extended Fazio family. God bless all of you.

My husband and I will always remember Gracie sitting in the living room at Brandywine Senior Living and Tom by her side holding her hand. I often stopped at Gracie's door and admired the pictures of her beautiful quilts. May she rest in peace and may God comfort her husband Tom and the family in their loss.
