Dear Starr Family, I worked with Fred for many years at the plant. Fred was not only a fellow worker, but a friend. We worked many hours on projects through the years together. We played golf and fished on many occasions outside of work. I sent Fred a letter after he left the plant thanking him for his work there, and helping me all the years we worked together. Have faith that he is in a better place, and is at peace. God Bless.
