Susan and Cathy were our neighbors in Leonia and we developed a beautiful friendship. Whenever Susan and Cathy had a family gathering we were always included. Fran was definitely the matriarch of the Tobin family, she loved being with her family and meeting new people. I truly enjoyed having conversations with her. She was very wise and well traveled.
