Dear Family Members of Mrs. Emma Edwards,
Our sincere sympathy and prayers are with all of you. Mrs. Edwards was always a very special lady, and I remember her vividly since my childhood and growing up at Conley's. Janice and I were in the same graduating class, and she was a special friend. Mrs. Edwards and my father (Everett Hopkins) often shared their "birding" stories, as they shared a special interest in birds, especially the Eastern bluebird. Some of you were probably taught in Sunday School at Conley's by my mother, Grace Hopkins.
Distance has meant not getting to visit Mrs. Edwards much in recent years, but we think of her often, ask friends about her, and enjoy communication through cards. I know she will be very much missed. We know Heaven is rejoicing!
Sincerely,
Judith (Hopkins) Briggs
