You were always there and always a devoted member of Westminster’s congregation. You were friends with everyone and all who knew you loved you!
What a blessing it has been to have had you in my life.

Lib and Doug served as surrogate grandparents to my girls, Janine and Christine MacDonald. From the time I met them at Westminster in the mid-90s, they brought joy to us all each Sunday and even attended Janine's wedding when she was all grown up in 2012. Doug was thrilled with having another family of Scots to hang and joke with at the Church coffee hour.. Lib was an idol and dear friend to me since we shared an interest in singing and yoga and politics and the Baltimore Ravens. I am from Baltimore and that was another connection. We were so happy to spend time together after Doug passed and she made a great effort to find her way on her own after such a long marriage. I was so proud of her and so in awe of her ability to care about others. I loved her dearly. I last saw her two days before she passed. She was so very ready to leave this life behind. As others have said, she is with Doug and son Eoin now, as she wished. I will miss her smile and spirit and laugh and affirmation. Susan and Peter and family, I am sorry for your loss and know that memories of her and her great love for all of you will bring you comfort.

I, too, met Lib in yoga classes. Her smile would light up a room. She was gracious, caring and an amazing lady. I always looked forward to seeing her and enjoyed so many conversations with her. I would see her sometimes when I walked the boardwalk sitting on a bench just enjoying the people. We emailed and sent cards back and forth and I treasured those communications with her. I will miss her. I am holding all of you in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Namaste Lib. Love Lisa Eline

I have so many memories of Elizabeth. As her hairstylist and yoga teacher for 25 years, we saw each other every single week, sometime twice! She was serious about her yoga and her beautiful hair. I included photos of her doing yoga in her 90’s because she was really dedicated and always said it helped keep her going! Our yoga community, our Bad Hair Day? Family and my own family send condolences to her children and grandchildren and her first great grandchild. We know she is happy now. We all remember her beautiful smile!

I had the privilege of "Aunt" Lib & "Uncle " Doug s hospitality way back in 66 & never forgot this delightful lady who radiated joy. I also remember her wonder in St Alban s Abbey (England) & her enrapture at hearing the choir & organ. Music was so important. She was a special person & the heavenly choir has a new member. Lib was a gracious, cultured woman of substance. She enjoyed the company of others, laughing easily and putting them at ease. She took great care with her appearance, perfectly coifed and dressed to perfection, always. She loved, and was loved by, her WPC family, where she had been a dedicated Deacon. Lib was blessed with a full life and will be deeply missed by those of us who were blessed with her friendship. We thank God for sharing her beauty, inside and out, with us. Until we meet again in our heavenly home, we say farewell. Absent from the Body; present with the Lord.

I enjoyed my talks with Lib when I would visit with her at the Moorings. We didn't have many conversations but the ones we had were special. We shared Scottish Heritage and that became part of our conversations. Lib was a faithful woman. I remember the first time I saw her. She was in an exercise room at the Moorings. After spending some time talking, I offered to pray with her. It didn't matter where she was, when prayer was offered Lib was ready to pray. Lib was kind, caring, loving, graceful, humorous, gentle. Rest In peace faithful servant.
