You were so loved Mrs Laschen! Time to rest now and be with Mr Laschen. Love and hugs to Lisa, Christy and their families
I think the following inspirational snippet was written with your mom in mind:
God looked around His garden, and He found an empty place. He then looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face. He put His arms around you, and lifted you to rest; God's garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best. He knew that you had lived a good and purposeful life. He closed your weary eyelids and whispered "Peace be thine." It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone; for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
What a blessing that she passed peacefully surrounded by the people she loved. Now she tends God's garden. We hope one day we are found worthy to see her heavenly creation amidst God's perfect splendor.
Sincere condolences, Vince & Cheryl
Your mom was always fun to be around.l will never forget the time when you Christy and I was downstairs in the family room and your mom was washing clothes singing her favorite song Betty Davis Eyes. Everytime I went over she was either out back watering her plants or in the house baking cookies or something. I know that I haven't seen her for a long time But she always said that I was like a daughter to her. And that meant alot. I Love you Liz. You will be truly missed by your whole family. Rest in Peace
I'll always remember sitting on your porch hearing your stories, listening to the birds and hearing you talk about how much you loved our flower boxes. Rest in peace Liz.
