In loving memory of my sister
I am so sorry to hear that Doris passed away. I would like to hear from you on email.a
A good friend and valued client. This is great loss to the affordable housing development community.
Rest in Peace, Doris
Doris was a wonderful, intelligent, thoughtful woman. Her work at DCIC is much appreciated by us at The Lorelton Foundation, which received DCIC financing for its assisted living community in Wilmington. Thank you Doris. We will miss you.
We will miss Doris, our longtime neighbor and friend in Wilmington. Her attention to the needs of others was extraordinary. On our street we saw this in numerous small ways; Doris was a good neighbor. In the larger community (throughout Delaware and beyond) Doris was a creative gatherer of resources for important community projects. In powerfully effective ways, over and over, she became the glue that bonded the resources of banks to public needs that might otherwise have gone unmet. Doris saw possibilities and acted. We are grateful.e
Dear Relatives and Friends of Doris:
We were saddened to receive the news that our dear friend and loyal Board member of the Ministry of Caring had died.
While we grieve her loss, we rejoice that God will truly reward her with eternal life for all she has done on this earth to make so many people happy.
Doris created affordable housing for moderate and low-income people - many own homes because of Doris!
She is the good and faithful servant of the Lord, who used her talents to benefit others. God says, "Come and receive the rewards of eternity".
Br. Ronald & Ministry of Caring
Kind, helpful, unselfish, patient, and professional. Just a few words that come to mind as we remember Doris. You will be sadly missed. Thank you for your guidance and assistance to bring affordable housing opportunities in Eastern Pennsylvania too. We couldn't have done it without you.
Doris was a "one of a kind" lady, friend and business person extraordinaire. Literally thousands of people in Delaware and across America have a clean, decent, affordable place to call home because of her efforts. Doris displayed incredible skill, determination and a can-do approach to all that she faced in life including her final illness. She will be greatly missed by those of us who had the good fortune to call her "friend."
On behalf of her friends at NASLEF, my heartfelt sorrow goes out to Doris and her family. Her tremendous work at DCIC resulted in the provision of safe and affordable rental housing to thousands of residents, in hudreds of communities, throughout Deleware and many other states.
Her efforts wil lbe missed.
My condolences to Doris' family and friends. Doris made a difference in the affordable housing world.
