Diana Jeanne Schoenbeck, age 66 of Magnolia, DE, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at her home. She was born on October 7, 1954 in Radford, VA, daughter of the late Kenneth and Myra Worley. Diana earned a Bachelor’s Degre Read Obituary
Sending love, comfort and strength with heartfelt sympathy at this difficult time to the Schoenbeck family. May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with Diana comfort you and your family, today and always.
I am a neighbor across the street from Diana and we chatted over the phone and went to movies together. She had a contagious laugh when we watched a comedy movie together and I couldn't help but to join her. She was so much fun to be with. I wish I had moved in to our neighborhood earlier to have more time with her.

To the Schoenbeck family- We are sorry to hear about the loss of Ms. Diana. When we went on walks, she and my mom (Della) would talk for what would seem like hours. She spoiled our fur baby Piper with many treats. We walked past the house the other day, and our walks are not the same. Piper stopped hoping to see Ms. Diana coming from her house, or driving up in her car. May God provide you with the comfort you may need, and may your memories of her hold you. Neighbors and friends at 420 Trillium.
Diana,
May you rest with a kind of peace and calmness that you may never have had here. May your heart and soul rest from the weary journey and stresses of life. Be at peace with the Lord and lay your burdens down.
To the ones that made the decision to exclude my Husband and Diana’s only given Son from her services today. I pray that you will know and feel in your heart and soul the pain and frustration that you have caused today and till the end of your days. Your choices today will be felt judged by a Higher Power on your judgement day and may your soul never Rest In Peace for what you have done. HEARTLESS and PETTY.

Tony. I am Sadden to learn of your Moms Passing..You were her World. As we grow older our Lives change on Thoughts in Life. Never in Love! Ups & Downs occur, Secrets are kept but in Life a Mother & her Child the Love will always be there.
Watching todays service for your mom, was gut wrenching you not being there. As a Mother we are there bringing our children into this world knowing when we leave this world our children will be there. My Heart was Broken today for you! Why I ask!!! Ignorance, Secrets, Betrayal most likely , Those in attendance might ask them selves what Would Diane have Wanted! ...I know a Mothers Heart see I am a Mother...Instead I feel it wasent what Diane wanted it was those who could not Face the Deception that she endured over her Life.
Diane passed Alone so the Hurt you feel would not linger. Know one thing Tony, in the End she Loved you more than anyone or anything on this Earth. Those whom think differently will know when their judgement day comes. They can manipulate one in Life but once above the control & Secrets will be Heard. I Love You my Nephew forever & I will always remain at your side. I'm just so sorry you will never have that closure with your Mom due to someone else's ignorance & disrespect... Rest in Peace Diane I will be here for your son as always!
Tom,
As the days continue to pass, we hope you find comfort and support in the people that surround you and the wonderful memories you carry in your mind and in your heart.

My heart is broken by the loss of Aunt Diana. She was an amazing lady that will be missed greatly.
My heart breaks for you Uncle Tom, and I’m praying for you. Thank you for doing an online service. I’m grateful to get to say goodbye and mourn the loss of Aunt Diana, even while living in France.
Much Love,

Tom, thank you for a lovely service for our beloved Diana. To you Diana...may you continue to dance, sing and laugh in your new home in heaven. I woke today singing with you and Ellie, one of our favorite songs, “Make your own kind of music”.
Diana was a remarkable women, and exceptional child and family advocate. Her work under Governor Minner, on behalf of families and children, will be her legacy. She loved family and we had so many wonderful adventures and memories together in Delaware and South Carolina. I loved our vacation days together with “Dinanie” at her beloved Rehoboth Beach and her favorite pizza place on the boardwalk, drives through the Amish countryside, and antique shopping. She loved our times together in SC strawberry picking, cook-outs on our back porch and times together visiting the sites in Greenville. Most of all, we loved our long talks into the night, sitting out under the stars, sharing our life experiences, laughter, and issues of the day. I will miss her, my beloved sister, and our many “adventures” together...always. ❤️❤️
Our condolences to Tom, Family, and Friends. Positive thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.
With Sympathy,
Maryann & Jonna
