We were blessed to be neighbors to Deb and Dave for many years, and have so many wonderful memories with them, Becky and Jim. So it is with great sadness that we offer our heartfelt sympathy to all of them. Debbie was a kind, warm, gentle and fun-loving soul and she and Dave always made you feel welcomed and cared for. We will keep you all close to our hearts now and in the days to come.

Debbie and I started working at Anne Arundel County Billings and Collections on the same day way back in 1972. We were the youngest in the office at the time. I left after the birth of my son in 1980 and she remained until she retired. We would reconnect from time to time through our mutual friend Patti Hoker and when we got together it was non-stop chatter and laughter. I regret not keeping up with her and am so very sorry for her family who obviously cherish her and will miss her deeply. Peace be with all of you.
