I had the opportunity to work with Dave at UPS In the Oregon Ave building...Dave was a funny guy and always respected your input and advice...My deepest heartfelt sympathy to the Billman family...May he rest in God's arms..RIP Dave.. Tony Russo
I met Dave through a customer of mine Mike Gray and a good personal friend of Dave’s to perform work on his Chevy SSR. I didn’t know him other than a customer but he had great respect for me as I did him and we had good conversations. Always so polite and respectful. There’s few people that you connect with immediately and Dave will be missed and I’m still in shock as I had just spent some time with him taking care of some repairs on the truck he loves. I wish all his family and friends peace and pray for strength.
Mike & Barbara Magrogan offer our sincere condolences to the Billman family.
I worked with Dave at UPS for a number of years. Dave always gave you his best and always did it thoroughly. Dave was one of our pioneers in the Oregon Avenue Building and I can remember loading his car on a daily basis. We have lost a good and dedicated UPS'er and our prayers of comfort are with Judy and the family.
We will miss you forever Dad! Absolutely heartbroken. We love you. ~M3
I worked with Dave at UPS beginning in Philadelphia and again in Lawnside NJ. I met his wife, Judy, son Monty and his daughter, Amanda. Along with his fellow supervisors, we visited his home in Sicklerville and in Washington Township, NJ. Dave was a bundle of energy and fun to be around. He regaled us with stories of the time that he was in a singing group in Camden, NJ back in the 50’s. He also worked with my wife in the Safety department at UPS.
It’s sad to hear of the loss of life for so many, especially at so relatively early in their life. I lost contact with Dave when we moved to North Carolina but it hasn’t been time wasted. I have used this time to study the Bible and to gain a better understanding as to why people suffer and eventually die. Through 1600 pages that reason is given but the climax, leading to the conclusion, offers hope and God’s promise. We will see Dave again under cleansed conditions not only for him and us, but also for the earth. Until then, please be comforted by the fact that he cared deeply for his family and friends. Take care….
