Christopher was my close cousin all my life. His faith was to be emulated. His kind heart and loving soul were gifts he shared with me and all who were fortunate to cross his path in life. His mom Julia and my Nana Rosina were sisters and the Valenti DiPino bond was strong as our families were always close. Vincent and Annie may you know you are surrounded by love and I will always be here for you. May Chris and Mary be at peace in heaven with all our loved ones. Chris was a great friend, and a man who always found the good in people. My deepest condolences to his family and to the Lewes community. He was one of the best people in town.

My brother Chris had a huge smile, a twinkle in his eye, and a huge heart.
He was loved by many.
Chris strived to be the best at whatever he did in life whether it was providing for his family, running his landscape designer company or living out his faith in Jesus. And Chris’s faith overshadowed everything aspect of his life.
He was a man of integrity and commitment and he never wavered in seeking to do his best. As dementia began to take over, Chris came to accept it and go on living as best he could in spite of it. He taught me a lot about being grateful regardless of our circumstances. What a lesson to be learned for all of us.
Chris is now in heaven basking in the Savior’s Glory. He is hand in hand with my beautiful sister Mary, surrounded by my parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who have come before him.
I will grieve Chris’s passing but will hold him close to my heart and in my cherished memories

First some background information. My Uncle Charles, Christopher's father, was the beloved older brother of my mother Angela. My mother worshiped Charles as he was a wonderful influence and help to his parents, brothers, and sisters. Their time was filled with adversity... the Great Depression, World War II, the death of their sister Agnes, and Charles helped guide them through it. We looked up to their entire family throughout my childhood.

Christopher was a few years older at Loyola College when I entered and, just as his father helped mentor my mom, he took me under his wing helping to get me started in the Biology Department. I never would have gotton into medical school without his help so I am forever in his debt.

Life is filled with joy and sadness and we can only hope there are more people out there like Christopher, my Uncle Charles and the rest of this wonderful family. We love you all- Roy Bands, Jr MD

Watching our children grow up together was a joy we will always cherish. Chris was a soft spoken, humble, faith-filled soul who was deeply devoted to his family. May the peace that surpasses all understanding be with him, and may that same peace be a comfort to his family.

It is with heavy hearts to remember my beloved cousin Chrissy.
I believe his faith truly guided his way of life.
Chris was someone who followed his passion. He just didn't talk about his dreams,but lived them.
Chris had a way he treated people,with his soft kindness,in his compassion, and love he shared freely.
When Chris gave you hugs,you felt the warmth of sincerity and love.
Christopher, well, be deeply missed, but we find comfort in knowing he is a peace in the presence of Our Lord, That he loved so much.
I know he'll be greeted by the elite,that went before him.
And that gives us comfort.
