Charlie was so nice , full of life and adventure.
I didn't know Charlie well, but I've worked the front desk at several real estate companies since 1993 and always liked him when he stopped in the office. He was very pleasant and friendly to deal with and always had a smile. My condolences to the family.
Charlie has been my realtor for many years, but he was also a friend. His energy and enthusiasm were remarkable. He will certainly be missed by all that knew him. Charles Turner
I met Charlie when in Real Estate. I liked Charlie right off, upbeat, sweet and although I have not lived in Delaware since 1-2001, Charlie and I stayed in touch and I saw him when he traveled south. I miss him already and I send my deepest sympathy to his Sister and entire family. Darcy Moore
Sending love and prayers to all of Charlies' family and friends, from the Grimm family - his friendship with our mother Nancy was so special. We will miss his smile and his enthusiasm for living life to the fullest.
Charlie was one of the first friends I had when I came to the USA in 1962. Even though our paths diverged over the years, he never failed to maintain contact and was always generous in keeping his house open to friends. A gentleman. Roger
Charlotte, Julie and family, we miss Charlie. Everyone he ever met will re
member him. He never forgot anyone's name or where he met them. Charlie was caring and kind and loved his cat Emerald. I could go on forever about our wonderful friend. We are lost without him. Betty Mann-Beebe
Charlie will surely be missed, along with his endless optimism, energy and passion for life, his colorful stories of world travel, quick wit and his wonderful friendship. I offer my deepest condolences. - Cindie Sobel
