Andrew J. Ostroski, Jr., affectionately known as Andy, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2023, in Milford, DE. He was born on May 14, 1943, in Plattsburgh, NY, son of the late Andrew J. Ostroski, Sr. and Reba Ostroski. Andy hono Read Obituary
Andy and I were good friends since the age of 14 in PA. His parents were like second parents to me. He was best man at my wedding. After my wife Pauline and I moved to Delaware near Lewes, Andy talked me into joining the Army Reserves in Lewes in 1975, and I served 6 years with him. He was a very good friend for over 60 years, and we are very sad to hear of his passing. Our condolences to Sharon and family.
