My thoughts and prayers go out to Amy's family and friends. I have known Amy since 1993 when I went back to work at Ennis again. She was a great co-worker and was wonderful with the kids at Ennis. She will be surely missed by the kids and staff. Rest peacefully Amy in the knowledge that you were loved by family, friends and the children at Ennis.
Amy, we will never forget your smile, sparkling eyes, laughter and love. Tom & I will never forget how much you helped Melissa learn independence and become a young lady. I had not seen Amy since I rode with her at Pine Knoll Stables in Durham many years ago. But even 40 years later, I remember her as one of the nicest people I ever met. With deepest sympathy.
When I was a kid growing up in Durham, NC, Amy was often my ride to Pine Knoll Stables to ride my horse. I remember her kindness and warmth. She is a shining star. I send my condolences to her family and friends.
