Adele Haas, 78, passed peacefully on August 16, 2016. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA, and after living in Laurel, MD, she moved to Lewes, DE in 2007. Ms. Haas was the daughter of the late Herbert and Irene Glickman and sister of Read Obituary
Dell was my sister-in-law since 1957, we were always friends and enjoyed each others company. When I married my husband loved Dell also.The last time I visited Dell and Lil in Delaware we had a wonderful time, I will always smile when I think of Dell.
Will miss her so much, a talented and caring friend and sister.

Adele (AKA Dell) was someone who knew the true meaning of friendship. A list of examples would be endless; however, our memories of these examples will always remain in our hearts. Byra already misses Dell’s guidance in her photography endeavors and Shirley misses the ways Dell inspired her paintings. (Dell always had a suggestion of subject matter for that next painting.) We smile when we think about our get togethers in Lewes or Ocean City, our friendly table pool matches, lunch and dinners out, the Suede concert in Rehoboth, or just hanging out. Being with Dell and Lil was something we always looked forward to… How fortunate we are to have had these experiences!
