Bill Morgan was absolutely one of a kind, a simply superb guy. His interactions with my Mom, Louzetta Lower Morris, were full of mutual enjoyment and fun for both - and for everyone in my family as well.
Mr. Morgan was an extremely considerate person and someone always with a story or recollection to exchange. In my many travels to DE over the last decade, I have made sure to have breakfasts together which featured topics ranging from the navy to history to Wilmington of years ago to football - especially the Blue Hens - to Philadelphia pro sports of all types.I will always remember those times.
And I will especially remember Mr. Morgan's sense of humor!
It is said that people will be missed; in this instance, it is an understatement to be sure.We wish the best for everyone in the extended Morgan family.
Ted Lower for Janet, for sons Tod and Gene and for their kids too. Ted Lower,

I know your struggles, as we have walked this road together with our parents. I know your heart is not without pain and although Dad is not holding your hand, he holds your heart as you will his forever.
Prayers for your family and your hero - Daddy, Veteran, husband, Godly man, caregiver, teacher, humanitarian. A great man.
Peace be with you all. 💜
My deepest sympathy to Diane, Jeannie and Faye on the passing of your Dad. My childhood memories of being at your house, joking and laughing with "CB" (I was able to call him Crazy Bill as he called me Crazy Denise) will always be a special. I loved his sense of humor. He never lost it. Last summer on my visit back east, I was able to sit and joke and laugh with him again. Take care ladies and keep all your memories close to your heart. Then he isn't far away. Much love, Denise (Thomas) Marvel
Our deepest sympathy to all of you. We are sorry that we will not be able to attend the services but please let that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. May the wonderful memories of your Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather bring you comfort and strengthen.
