So very sorry to hear this Joe. My thoughts are with you and all of your family and friends. I’ll always remember Bill commenting on my “Hunk” (verses Huk) shirts while I was visiting my Mom at the Lodge. :)

My condolences to Joe and to all who loved Bill. I’ll never forget the Christmas party at your Arlington condo decades ago when, so discreetly, single people were told they were given a Snowman name tag and coupled folks were given Santa name tags! Always kind, always clever and oh, those decorating skills. Bill was a class act and I always admired his demeanor and the relationship the two of you enjoyed. May he rest in peace and may you, Joe, continue to find joy in the memories of a beautiful life together!

When we moved permanently to North Shores in 1997, most homes were vacant all winter, and Donnee traveled during the week.
I had no idea which gym to join, but a friend suggested Gold’s Gym as a great place to go. When I went, almost everyone there looked like professional wrestlers, so I quickly left. My friend then suggested I meet his trainer, Bill Miller. Not only did Bill have the patience of a saint, and a great sense of humor, he and his partner Joe lived around the corner from us. Suddenly we had more than just a neighbor; we had a true friend for life.
When community non-profits needed volunteers, Bill and Joe were always there for them. When Bill was somewhere, he made sure to talk with someone standing alone. He always looked out for others.
When our daughter married in New York, Bill, Joe and others from Rehoboth rented a Jolly Trolley to take them to the wedding. There was wine, music, Bill dancing in the aisle, and singing. Wherever Bill was, everyone had a wonderful time.

Bill was such a vibrant, wonderful person. We are so lucky to have had him in our lives.
We will always remember him dancing at our wedding and being the life of the party!

I met Bill many years ago. This group in the photo was the Center Club breakfast Club, a group who all were at the health club in the early morning hours. We all developed close friendships that lasted years. Bill was always front and center, as seen in the photo, known for his quick wit and warm smile. RIP dear friend.
Bill was my personal trainer at Golds Gym for years. He really loved being a trainer and was good at it. Tom Bachmann my partner and I. Tom Poor will really miss him. He was a great part of the Rehoboth Community. In His honor we will donate a basket of food to a family in need through the Heifer international foundation.
