I loved hanging out and looking at his woodworking projects.
He was a talented old school craftsman and took pride in his creations.
I'm pretty sure he put the word Happy in "Happy Hour" and never saw him sad. He was always full of life. Rest well my friend.
Bill was a wonderful boss we had alot of good days at Atlantic Aviation. RIP 😔
Rest in Peace Bill. You were my greatest neighbor. I will always remember fishing and crabbing and sharing good times on Love Creek with you. Love you always.

Bill was one of my first dance partners when I moved back to Maryland.
Every time we spent time together was always fun. He loved to tease me and I teased him right back!
His love for life and positive attitude were such an example for me.
He loved to talk about his family as I did mine, so we never ran out of conversation.
My sincere condolences to all you. He will be missed.
