William Bruce Howarth

William "Bill" Howarth, age 60, of Lewes died on Feb. 19, 2010 at home after a battle with cancer. He was born and raised in Lewes and after graduating form Lewes High School in 1969 he enlisted in the U.S. Army where he served in Read Obituary
