Bill loved life. He loved to experience life. He was wide open all the time.
Bill’s sense of humor and love of life, could not be denied. There wasn’t a person he knew that wasn’t his buddy. If you met Bill, he was your friend. If you hadn’t met Bill, it was just a matter of time.
We connected over a love for music and he expanded my knowledge of 60’s artists and convinced me that we should start playing music together. What a joy it was to partner with him to find our sound and share it with others. Forever “29 East.”
Though he was an only child, his love for family was enormous. He loved watching his family grow and took such pride in hanging out with his kids and grandkids, watching them find their own love of things, and continuing to learn through them.
Bill and I weren’t able to spend as much time together lately, and yet when we got a chance to talk, it was like we had never stopped. I miss my friend now but am forever grateful for getting to spend time with him, to learn from him, to share life with him.
Love ya’ brother!
