William "Bill" Dec's Obituary
As a point of clarification regarding the failure of our funeral home to complete the Live Stream of the services for Mr. Dec. A communication error between staff members unfortunately resulted in the Life Stream being turned off. After reviewing all documentation regarding the authorization of the Live Stream it has been determined that no family member gave the request to turn off the Live Stream. We most sincerely apologize for the error and have done so with many members of the family. We have instituted procedures to prevent this from occurring in the future.
Sincerely,
Keith Parsell
