So sad to learn of Bill's passing. He was Director when I came on board at the County in 1983. He was a great Director. I was honored when just a few years back we started emailing to each other and realized we both loved to paint, so then we shared our paintings. This meant the world to me. I worked for Bill in the Office of Finance of Prince George’s County, Maryland during the 1970’s and 1980’s as his Deputy Director. He was a wonderful boss and a good friend.
