While it is very late, I just discovered the passing of keith and I wanted to provide my condolences . I worked and played golf with him for many years at Terumo Medical Corp. I lost track of him after he left and stopped playing golf to take up competitive cycling. Last year I took up playing golf again and started my search for Keith to reconnect. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He was a friend a friend would love to have. I still have the card he gave me when I shot an 83 for the first time. I also just discovered we had a connection with Utica New York, which is my hometown of some 24years. I will always have fabulous memories of our golf trips and deer head hot dogs. My heart is deeply saddened on this day. I will miss you my friend. Dave.
